About Providence Home & Community Care
Providence Home and Community Care
Helping you get the most out of life
Providence Home and Community Care is committed to helping you get the most out of life. A chronic or life-limiting illness can be challenging, but we offer a full range of services to help you or your loved one meet those challenges and live life to the fullest. Our programs serve more than 38,000 people of all ages in their homes or in a variety of facility-based settings every day.
Providence has a long standing tradition of caring for Washington residents since the Sisters of Providence arrived in the state in 1856.
Today, Providence is the largest health care provider in Washington with hospitals, clinics, senior care centers, hospice and home health services in communities – large and small – across the state. As a mission-based, not-for-profit health care provider, our commitment to providing compassionate care to all lives on.
We proudly serve Lewis, Mason & Thurston counties as: Providence Sound HomeCare & Hospice, Providence Mother Joseph's Care Center and Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services.
As expressions of God's healing love, witnessed through the ministry of Jesus, we are steadfast in serving all, especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
Compassion, Dignity, Justice, Excellence, Integrity.
